Otak-otak is delicious, the fried rice is non halal and it is very delicious. The fish ball is delicious, too. The mie juhi is so so.

The place establish long time ago, about 40years and counting, known for serving delicious "Otak-otak" and "Es Kelapa Muda". Worth a visit while in Jakarta. The "Es Kelapa Muda" is truly great and quite different from other places. The price is quite premium for "Es Kelapa Muda", but definitely wont regret it.

Me and my mom are loyal cust for their kopyor and otak-otak. They even have jumbo size for kopyor. A bit pricey for some foods, if you still have time just search on their snack and food near from cashier. We always grab some and never regret.

One would go as far as to tell you this is the best roadside stall in Jakarta to try otak-otak, a local snack which in English translated as fishcake. And this claim might be valid. The place is hot as there's no AC here, but the vibe of an old school Chinatown style resto and a steady stream of customers drew me in. A portion of fish cakes (IDR 10K/pcs) can be 5 / 10 pieces per serving, arrived piping hot. It's quite pricey but I guess it's okay for the quality and size compared to others. It's deliciously fishy with pleasant springy, chewy texture. Best way to wash it down is with the coconut cut and served fresh on order. This place has been well-known since my father generation, more than 40 years ago, so it's a testament about a legendary piece of old time recipe that still works well to these days.

Selling thousands glass of ice young coconut more than 50 years, also famous for otak-otak dish - mackerel fish cake grilled. Before the owner done laundry business or binatu in Indonesia language. Then they started to sell young coconut, ice coconut and boiled noodle cuisine.This young coconut water drink became legendary. But they kept using their brand as "binatu".

A place to explore the authentic food. Otak otak is the most popular one following on it es kelapa kopyor and rujak juhi. The price is quite expensive. Es kelapa kopyor 28 k/can, otak otak 10 k/pcs. They keep the original taste so we can find an authentic taste.

Let me clarify one thing: This is not a laundry, but a restaurant and it sells the most savory and delicious otak-otak (fish cake) in town. Pricey though, but worth it. They also serves various Chinese food, from noodle to fried rice, as well as all kinds of crackers and really really good bacang (rice cake with meat inside). The place is spacious but cramped, though.
